While in London, A$AP Rocky lost his cool. Apparently, a man threw things at Rocky’s car and he didn’t hesitate to confront him. In the video, Flacko is seen cursing the man out and asking him “Should I snuff you right now?” The Harlemnite didn’t throw any jabs though and walked away before he got violent.
The first official vinyl albums chart is topped by All Time Low’s Future Hearts – echoing the week’s UK album chart broadcast on BBC Radio 1 yesterday.
In the first official vinyl singles chart the number one spot was taken by Underworld vs Heller & Farley’s track Baby Wants to Ride.
The charts company said it was responding to “the huge surge of interest” that has seen vinyl sales climb from a low of 0.1% of the albums market in 2007 (205,000) to 1.5% in 2014 (1.29m).
“Yes, it’s still a small part of the business,” admitted chief executive Martin Talbot.
“But what makes this so unusual is that usually you see new formats arrive and grow in popularity, reach their peak and then they decline and kind of disappear.
“Here you’ve got something that has grown in popularity back in the 60s and 70s, declined in popularity through the 80s and 90s, got right the way down to the bottom and then started climbing back out again.”

Mr Talbot put the appeal of vinyl down to a mixture of “nostalgia”, sound quality and wider availability.
“We’ve seen specialist music shops start to stock more vinyl, we’ve seen fashion retailers start to stock vinyl, and there are now mail order services where you can get vinyl much more easily than maybe 10 years ago,” he said.
So far this year Noel Gallagher has sold the most albums and singles on vinyl, but classic acts such as Pink Floyd, Bob Dylan and Led Zeppelin are also among the year’s biggest vinyl albums.
Brit Award-winners Royal Blood, Arctic Monkeys and The War on Drugs also feature in the top 10 of the year, while bestselling singles include David Bowie’s Young Americans and Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars’ hit Uptown Funk.
Mr Talbot told the BBC the trend spans generations.
“This isn’t just about rock acts targeting men in their forties and fifties – I’ve got a 15-year-old daughter and her friends have all started to collect vinyl,” he said.
US rockers All Time Low topped the first vinyl album chart with their sixth album Future Hearts.
“What I love is that there are different worlds of vinyl fans,” said the band’s frontman Alex Gaskarth.
“There’s the audiophiles who swear by the sound of vinyl, the people who like owning it as a collectors’ piece, and then groups like our fans who buy a vinyl of our record simply so they can hang it on their wall.”
Underworld’s Karl Hyde said they were “honoured” to top the first vinyl singles chart with their charity record in honour of late DJ and house music legend Frankie Knuckles, describing it as “a fitting tribute”.
“Vinyl has always been a hugely important part of what we do as Underworld,” he added.
The new chart coincides with the build-up to Record Store Day, which is in its eighth year in the UK.

Gennaro Castaldo, from industry body the BPI, said the new vinyl chart made “perfect sense”.
“The chart will not only help us to better understand which artists and type of music are driving this resurgence, but will also help guide a new generation of younger, but emotionally-engaged, fans as they contemplate the vinyl delights that await them.”
“Yes, it’s still a niche audience,” added Mr Talbot. “But to grow at the rate it is, there’s clearly something happening here.”
A Johnson & Johnson subsidiary agreed to plead guilty late Tuesday to federal criminal charges of selling liquid drugs for children contaminated with metals.
It comes as no surprise that yet another drug company pleads guilty today to criminal charges, but we’re a bit shocked they only have to pay a mere $25 million for the irreversible damage they have done.
There were far-reaching multiple recalls… involving hundreds of millions of bottles and packages of consumer brands such as Tylenol, Motrin, Rolaids, Benadryl and other products due to faulty manufacturing. The recalls kept widely used products such as Children’s Tylenol off pharmacy shelves and seriously tarnished J&J’s once-sterling reputation.
A manufacturer of over-the-counter infant’s and children’s liquid medications has agreed to plead guilty to a federal criminal charge that it sold products that contained metal particles.
Court documents unsealed Tuesday say McNeil Consumer Healthcare, of Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, will acknowledge selling adulterated bottles of Infants’ and Children’s Tylenol and Children’s Motrin. The company agreed to pay $25 million to resolve the case.
Court documents say metal particles, including nickel, iron and chromium, were introduced during the manufacturing process. Prosecutors said McNeil failed to take immediate steps to fix the problem.
In addition to metal particles getting into liquid medicines, there were moldy odors and labeling problems. For example, the label for Sudafed allergy tablets incorrectly repeated the word “not” to say “do not not divide, crush, chew or dissolve the tablet.”
In the case involving metal particles, the troubles began in May 2009 when a consumer complained after noticing “black specks” in the bottom of a bottle of Infants’ Tylenol. The specks were found to be nickel and chromium particles.
So children and adults were ingesting moldy products with nickel, chromium and iron? I hardly think 25 million will pay the bill (where does the money even go?) How do we know these babies and kids (and adults) didn’t develop something serious as a result of being unknowingly given metals and possible mold. How did mold and metal even get into the products in the first place? If it’s hundreds of millions of bottles of drugs can we even track who was injured (or who might have died from a drug interaction (or should we say metal interaction) Do we even know the quantities of metal? I imagine a newborn ingesting a ton of nickel is not a good thing.
The articles also explain that Johnson & Johnson went down $900 million in sales and is no longer the trusted brand they once were (really? I never trusted them and always had bad allergic reactions to their baby shampoo which was anything but “natural”) Perhaps the tides are finally turning and folks will finally learn that these drug and chemical companies cannot be trusted. If you buy your cleaning products, drugs that you feed your infants and children, shampoos and soaps to wash your child from drug companies- you’re not doing your due diligence. Check out organic products without the harmful chemicals (or free doses of metals added) and do yourself and your family a favor by dumping these harmful companies that obviously do not care about you or the health of your child and where money is the bottom line for them. At any cost.

Top Gear host Jeremy Clarkson has been suspended by the BBC “following a fracas” with a producer.
The corporation said the 54-year-old presenter had been suspended “pending an investigation”.
“No one else has been suspended. Top Gear will not be broadcast this Sunday,” it said.
Clarkson was given what he called his “final warning” last May after claims he used a racist word while filming the popular BBC motoring show.
At the time, he said the BBC had told him he would be sacked if he made “one more offensive remark, anywhere, at any time”.
The BBC gave no further details on the current incident involving Clarkson, and said it would not be making any further statements at this time.
Clarkson’s representatives have yet to reply to requests for a comment.
The presenter himself has remained silent, however last month he tweeted a post saying a “new presenter for Top Gear” was wanted.
“Applicant should be old, badly dressed and pedantic but capable of getting to work on time,” he said.
This weekend’s episode of Top Gear was set to feature Clarkson – who has fronted the show since 2002 – along with regular co-hosts Richard Hammond and James May at a classic track day.
Former footballer and pundit Gary Lineker was also to appear as the “star in a reasonably priced car”.
Lineker has now tweeted, writing: “I don’t think I’m ever meant to appear on Top Gear!”
Former Top Gear presenter Chris Goffey told BBC Radio 5 live while discussions on the programme sometimes became heated when he worked on the show, “it must have been something fairly serious behind the scenes to warrant his immediate suspension.
“I can’t think what the hell’s gone on, but there you go. When you’ve got a very strong character who likes things his own way, if somebody stands up to him, there’s going to be a row.”
Clarkson has courted controversy on several occasions during his time hosting Top Gear.
Top Gear was censured by Ofcom for using a “racial” term in its Burma special programme
The show’s executive producer, Andy Wilman, described last year as “an annus horribilis” for the programme.
It followed an incident in Argentina where the presenters and crew were forced to flee the country after trouble erupted over a number plate reading H982 FLK – which some suggested referred to the Falklands conflict of 1982.
Last year the show was also censured by Ofcom for breaching broadcasting rules after Clarkson used a derogatory word for Asian people during its Burma special programme.
TV critic Toby Earle told the BBC he was not surprised a Clarkson’s suspension. “This incident is the one that’s really forced management to take action,” he said.
“Part of the show’s appeal, to many viewers, has been it’s sort of edginess and the fact that it’s rough around the edges – in some ways takes no prisoners.
“But of course there is a very delicate line to tread with that, and it has crossed that line I feel.”
With Clarkson at its head, Top Gear has been no stranger to controversy.
October 2014 – The show’s stars and crew had to abandon filming in Argentina amid angry protests over a car number plate that appears to refer to the Falklands War.
July 2014 – Ofcom ruled that a Burma Special in which Jeremy Clarkson used a racial slur broke broadcasting rules. Clarkson had used the word “slope” as an Asian man crossed a newly built bridge over the River Kwai in Thailand.
May 2014 – The programme drew complaints when video footage leaked to the Daily Mirror appeared to show Jeremy Clarkson using a racist term while reciting the nursery rhyme Eeny, Meeny, Miny, Moe. The presenter later apologised for the incident – which was never broadcast – in a video statement where he “begged forgiveness”.
October 2012 – The BBC Trust ruled that comments by Clarkson which likened the design of a camper van to people with facial disfigurementsbreached disability guidelines.
January 2012 – Indian diplomats complained about a 90-minute India special in which a car fitted with a toilet in its boot is described by Clarkson as “perfect for India because everyone who comes here gets the trots.”
February 2011 – The BBC apologised to Mexico after Clarkson and his co-hosts characterised Mexicans as “lazy” and “feckless”.

Well it has officially been reported, by a MediaTakeOut.com exclusive, that Jay Z is in negotiations to buy one of NYC’s #1 radio stations Hot 97.

Talks are still early, but we’re told that both sides have HIRED LAWYERS and INVESTMENT BANKERS – and are serious in getting a deal done.
Could these negotiations be the real catalyst for Funkmaster Flex‘s rants, or did the beef over the Dipset reunion prompt the purchase of “New York’s #1 station for Hip Hop & RnB”?
